The problem we could not stop thinking about
Growth-X was built out of a simple, recurring frustration: founders with real businesses and real
potential, losing ground because the support system around them was fragmented, generic, or
simply not built for where they were operating. Business plans written by people who had never run a business. Courses built for a Silicon Valley founder in a Lagos-based founder’s hands. Consultants who delivered decks and disappeared. Accelerators that offered community but no execution support. Everything was disconnected.
We built Growth-X to close that gap. One integrated company where founders could learn, get
strategic support, have their ideas documented properly, build pipeline, and eventually access
capital — without navigating five different providers to get there
